Honestly Adam they aren't worth much, Arcet and airgas will not fill tanks that aren't theirs and those tanks are out of date. To have the re-certified would take about a month and cost more than leasing a set from arcet or airgas

The MOST important part before you ever think about putting any type of tuner on that truck is GAUGES,, boost, pryo, Fuel pressure and tranny temp.
